On August 27th Nancy and I drove to Pennsylvania to visit Nancy's family, celebrate her Mom's 90th birthday, and attend her high school homecoming dinner and dance. We returned to Huntsville 10 days later with Nancy's Mother and her Aunt Nina. I'm sure they enjoyed their stay in Huntsville and their overnight visit with Mark, Jenny, Jackson, and John Michael in Birmingham. However, there was more. Nina has suffered from a very painful neuralgia from shingles for several years. Nancy arranged a meeting with a local pain specialist, and we brought Nina to Huntsville to see if that doctor could help her. And he did! She realized her first relief from her severe head pain since its onset. Well worth the trip. We drove them back to Pennsylvania last weekend and returned to Huntsville yesterday.
