This is one of those pictures, taken around 26 years ago, that I wish I had taken better care of. We rediscovered it some time ago while going through a shoe box of old pictures, and time was not kind to this old slide. It just might be the only picture of my Mom with all of her grandchildren.

Mom is holding Nedra and sitting left to right are Lamia, Mark, Leila, Anissa, and Melissa. Those kids were all in Mom's apartment on the date of this picture, but today they're scattered all over the world. Now that this picture is in my computer, it shouldn't suffer any more degradation...unless JPEG files become obsolete!
