Christmas morning, Nancy and I packed the car and headed out for Birmingham to spend an overnight with Mark, Jenny, Jackson, and John Michael. We arrived before noon and found two boys full of excitement over the presents that Santa left under their tree during the night. Jackson was demonstrating his robot by remotely driving it all around the house, and John Michael had his new two-wheeler to show us. After lunch and before exchanging gifts, we all posed for this picture. Jenny hosted everyone for a ham dinner later that evening and the excitement didn't wear off until much later. Nancy and I agree that it was a great way to spend Christmas.

We want to wish Mark and Jenny a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! They were married 11 years ago today. And also a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother-in-law Karl. He was born a long, long time ago.
