Our daughter-in-law Jenny had a birthday last Monday, and our son Mark made her a birthday cheesecake...from scratch! He sent me the recipe. It's called "Primal Cheesecake" according to the title at the top of the page. He certainly did step out of his comfort zone with this project. Monday morning Nancy and I lent our voices to the celebration with the birthday song. But over the phone. Not in person. So we didn't get a chance to taste the the special birthday cake.
