On Thursday I traveled to Birmingham where my partner Steve Parker and I played in the 3-day Magic City Bridge Sectional. We did pretty well placing in 3 of the 5 events we played. In one game we missed overall first place by 2 points...253 to 251. The third place pair scored 232.5. We did have an overall first and 2 seconds in our strata.

While in Birmingham I stayed at our son's home. Thursday evening our granddaughter Margaret, grandson John Michael, and I enjoyed dinner at Mugshots Grill. I asked the waiter to snap this picture. I just got home a little while ago.
