Saturday evening (last night) I enjoyed a concert of Bach fugues and piano concertos performed by the Calidore String Quartet with Ion Barnatan on the piano. It was raining and cold, so Nancy stayed at home.

This week, as far as weather is concerned, was a typical Alabama January week; it rained. Other than that and the concert, there's not a whole lot to talk about. Well, there is Nancy's new year's resolution. She plans to tackle a drawer a day. Stuff in the drawer either goes back into the drawer, gets placed into the donate box, is designated for recycle, or thrown into the trash bin. So far she's doing pretty well on her resolution. But, then again, it is just January.
