Nine days ago, when Nancy came home from the rehab hospital, the house was showing off all of its welcoming colors. The vincas and the azaleas were in full bloom. Just another reason why she was very happy to finally be home.

So, Nancy has been home for 9 days, and we've settled into somewhat of a routine. We have a lady named Evlyn coming to the house when we need some extra help or I have to leave for an extended time. Neighbors and friends have visited and offered help including several meals. Nancy pretty much needs assistance with just about everything she does, but she continues doing more and more on her own. Additionally, this week she began her outpatient physical and occupational therapy at Huntsville Hospital.
