Magic Jigsaw Puzzles

Several years ago, when we first began using Windows 10, we started playing with an app called Magic Jigsaw Puzzles. The app gave us a selection of puzzles that included from 70 to 630 pieces and could be built directly on the computer screen. We both enjoyed the game. And there were many very interesting pictures that were fun to build.

Since the app was free, it included advertising; the only drawback to the game. The ads would regularly interfere with the game, making it difficult to move the pieces around the board. The app developers included a notice that for $199 lots of new puzzles would be delivered and the ads would disappear. No thanks.

Last week I noticed a similar offer that didn't include unlimited puzzles but would remove the ads. $10. I jumped at the offer. Then I noticed that the same offer included being able to create puzzles from my own pictures. Hence the screen capture above; a puzzle of my favorite "bars" picture of our grandchildren taken in December 2010. The order, left to right, would be somewhat different today. Margaret and John Michael would still be on the left, but I think both Jackson and Ian are taller than Savannah.
