O-Line

Last night Nancy and I watched the Desert Ridge High School Jaguars play their arch-rival Hamilton Huskies in a good old American football game. No, we weren't in Mesa, Arizona. The game was broadcast over the internet, and we watched it from the comfort of our own home on our own "smart" TV. The program wasn't exactly ESPN quality and the first half of the game was broadcast without audio, but we enjoyed it just the same.

Desert Ridge won 36 to 20. I don't know any of the stats, but the Jags must have gained at least 300 yards on the ground. And that was mostly thanks to their offensive line play. The O-Line dominated the line of scrimmage. Melissa took this picture after the game and sent it to us. Our grandson Ian (55) is the starting center and a team captain.
