First, about not posting something to this site last weekend. I played in a local bridge tournament on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; about 8 hours each day. I just couldn't find the time or the energy to post something after spending all those hours staring at playing cards and thinking about how they should be played. After all the scores were tallied, we ended up somewhere slightly above the middle. I was hoping for something better, but...

This week we tackled the patio. We pressure washed the deck and the walls below the windows all around the house. It rained on Wednesday, so Thursday we swept the patio and coated it with Thompson's Water Seal. I posed for this picture yesterday. So no, I didn't actually paint myself into a corner.
