On Tuesday Nancy and I drove to Birmingham and joined Mark's family for a drive to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We rented a condo in a place called Watercolor for Thanksgiving week. On Thursday the ladies prepared a feast for the family to enjoy. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, squash casserole, dressing, green beans, cranberry-orange relish, and marshmallow delight and pumpkin pie for dessert. Of course, I snapped a picture before we dug in. Around the table from the left are Margaret (5) sitting with Jenny, Mark, John Michael (9), me, Nancy and Jackson (12). The kids had a good time swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. And we all enjoyed a relaxing few days.
