On Wednesday the ladies from the former Tuesday Stitchers, now Thursday Stitchers, got together at our house for their annual Christmas luncheon. The stitchers have been meeting each week since the late 70s. For this latest get together Nancy baked ham and each of the other ladies brought a side dish. I got home from playing bridge in time to sample all the goodies and to take this picture. Around the table, from the left, are Jerry, JoAnn, Joan, Nancy, Barbara, and Terri.

This luncheon was Nancy's target date for having the house decorated for Christmas. I helped a little bit, but she did most of the work and everything, including mailing the packages to our out-of-town family members, was completed in time. My job was mainly our Christmas card. Christmas is in 5 days!!! This year just seemed to scoot by...again. But we have a fun Christmas week planned and we wish a very Merry Christmas to all of you.
