Last week I posted a picture of the "stove side" of our new kitchen. Here's the "sink side". If you can recall our old kitchen, you'll note the addition of lights over the peninsula and the all important wine rack. Other changes are hidden behind the cabinet doors. We finished up and made the final payment yesterday. In all, it took 8 weeks. I'm glad it's over!

On Thursday evening Nancy's sister Elaine and her husband Karl arrived after an all day drive from Michigan. Elaine and Nancy are shopping right now, and Karl and I just finished working on my blueberry net in the back yard. Lots of fun. And lots of fun to come during their visit. Oh yes, that's Elaine in the picture. I think she made the kitchen more interesting. Don't you?
