Last Sunday was St. Patty's Day, and in honor of that I wore the shirt my brother-in-law Karl brought from Michigan for me. Recall that he and Nancy's sister Elaine were visiting us last week. We didn't go anywhere on Sunday, but I did wear the shirt to my ROMEO lunch on Monday and to bridge on Tuesday. It got lots of comments. However, I'm not sure about the "lucky" part. My bridge game wasn't all that good. After Nancy washed it, I put it in the back of the closet where I might remember it for next year. For those who actually suggested that my name didn't sound very Irish, I pointed out that had we all taken my Mother's last name, I would be a McCullough. Close enough.
