On Thursday Nancy's stitching friends gathered at our house for their annual Christmas luncheon. Nancy had the dining room table looking very festive, and each lady brought food to die for. I know. I snuck into the kitchen and had a taste...alright, more like a plate full of everything. I took this picture of the group before they sat down to eat. Left to right: Joan, Jerry, Terri, Barbara, JoAnn, and Nancy. The Thursday Stitchers have been meeting weekly in each other's homes for more than 40 years. Nancy was invited to join 32 years ago. They are a tight "knit" group.

We finished our Christmas cards just a couple nights ago. Our mailman is happy. All gifts for family and friends are in house and wrapped, thanks to Nancy. I mailed the last package a couple days ago. Now we can sit back and enjoy the Christmas season. If you click here, you'll get a look at our Christmas card.
