Wednesday was Nancy's birthday. She says now I'm only a year older than she. We celebrated with a noon-time dinner at Ruby Tuesday and an afternoon of shopping. We decided (Nancy decided) that a regular size cake would be too much...too tempting. So what you see is what we got. I had a fist full of candles, but they didn't fit. Also, there are a number of heat detectors in the kitchen. I figured all those candles would be a problem. We are, however, thankful for another good year.
