Last Saturday Nancy and I drove to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, for a week of shows, shopping, and relaxation. We joined Nancy's sister Elaine and her husband Karl and Nancy's cousin Becky and her husband Orville. Elaine and Karl drove down from Michigan while Becky and Orville came in from Pennsylvania.

The top picture was taken at the entrance to the Christmas Opry show. Karl and Elaine are on the left. Becky and Orville are in the center. Nancy and I are on the right. The next two pictures were taken outside a large complex of stores featuring every possible thing one would want for Christmas...and then some. I'm not sure about what's hidden under the first picture. Nancy says the most fun was just all being together enjoying some family time.

We had a great time. It had to end at some point. We returned home yesterday around noon. We're already planning a similar vacation for this time next year. Now let's get ready for Thanksgiving and "Black Friday"!!!
