I came out of retirement several months ago to help with a proposal at my old company, Teledyne Brown Engineering. For the last month I've been up to my ears in things to do each weekend and I haven't had all the time I wanted to post some new pictures.

Last Saturday, while I spent 10 hours at work, Nancy drove to Birmingham to attend the wedding of the youngest sister of our daughter-in-law Jenny. Nancy took this picture of the family. The wedding isn't the only thing I missed last week. The 4th was Jenny's birthday. We are expecting Jenny, Mark, and the kids to come to Huntsville this week, so we plan to celebrate her birthday next weekend. I should admit, however, to a plan to celebrate 2 birthdays because today is the anniversary of my birth.

But for today, I offer my best wishes to Amy and her husband Matt.
