Spring Springs

It's that time of the year again, and the plants in our yard are showing off their true colors. Across the top are knockout roses growing along the fence in our back yard. Down the right side is a clematis plant also in our back yard. In the front yard, under the giant southern pine trees, we've planted a variety of flowering bushes and shrubs. A flowering plant in the lower left is a dianthus plant. An azalea surrounded by purple verbena is in the center above. The roses and the verbena will bloom till our first frost, but right now, our yard is covered with many bright colors. I thought I'd share just a few this week.

We have another birthday in the family this weekend. Our son-in-law Treacey will have his cake and eat it tomorrow. Happy Birthday from Mom and Dad.
