Several years ago, during a visit by Melissa's family, the whole bunch of us went to Cheeburger Cheeburger for lunch. That first time, Treacey ate their one pounder and had his picture put on their wall of honor. Since then we've returned several times to eat their wonderful hamburgers and check out the picture still posted on the wall.

So last Saturday, while Savannah was with us, we headed out for lunch at Cheeburger only to find that Treacey's picture had been taken down to make room for more recent honorees. Needless to say, we were just a little disappointed, but we still enjoyed their hamburgers although somewhat smaller than their one pounder. Nancy, sitting across the table from Savannah and me, snapped the picture.

The next day we drove to Birmingham for a 1-hour visit with Mark and family before driving to the airport. Nancy and Savannah flew back to Mesa that afternoon on a nonstop flight. (Aside: There are no nonstop flights to Arizona from Huntsville.)

In the meantime, I reported last week that our blueberries were about to come in. I also pointed out that blueberry pie time was just around the corner. Well when Nancy returned from Arizona on Thursday, she couldn't wait to get her hands into baking a pie. You see the results here, and I'm now about ready for a taste!
