I was unable to post to our web site last weekend because we were in Pennsylvania without easy access to the internet. We're on our way home right now, and I have access from our motel room.

We spent the last 10 days or so helping Nancy's Mother get settled in an assisting living facility called Garvey Manor. This picture was taken yesterday afternoon. Mom is sitting in her brand new electric recliner. Nancy and I couldn't be more satisfied with the facility and the people working there. Everyone has a "guest first" attitude, and the food is great! Mom seems to be adjusting well in her new home, especially after we got her favorite pictures on the walls and her sheers on the windows. Except for the 750 miles between her home and ours, we couldn't be happier.
