I waited until Sunday for this post to report on our visit with Mark and Jenny. Nancy and I drove to Birmingham this morning anticipating a soccer match with John Michael followed by a baseball game with Jackson. When we arrived at the soccer field, it was drizzling. By the time the match was over, the rain was falling steadily to the ground. By the time we got to the baseball field, that game had been cancelled. It was the third week in a row that Jackson's baseball game was rained out. However, I don't think John Michael (above) was too concerned about the rain. His only concern was kicking the soccer ball.
