So, just what did we do on Nancy's birthday, which was last Saturday? Why, we drove to Birmingham. But with all the activities going on around us in Birmingham, I didn't get a birthday picture. The picture you see above was taken at Nancy's Tuesday Stitchers get-together last week where the ladies celebrated her birthday. I hope they don't mind my using their picture.

Last Saturday afternoon, after his soccer game, John Michael took great delight in showing us his new skill on the two-wheeler minus the training wheels. Older brother Jackson was not all that interested in watching a soccer game, so he and I took a walk into a nearby wooded area. There we found a waterfall. I took the picture above with my cell phone.
