Return to this web site to see a new picture along with an explanation each week!

Yes, this was a busy week. Nancy and I drove to Birmingham on Wednesday because, just 2 weeks and 4 days after she was born, Meg was coming home. She was born on Valentine's Day and came home on Jenny's birthday, March 4. How neat is that?

As far as I can tell, the only difference between Meg and a typical newborn is size. Everything else is quite normal. And she's gaining weight every day. Before you know it, she'll be running around the house just like her big brothers. We were wondering at lunch today whether or not any of us could sleep 20 hours a day like she does. I'd probably come the closest.

But the good news is she's home and everybody is enjoying that.

A Busy Week

The top left picture was taken by Nancy just as Mark and Jenny were ready to leave the hospital with Margaret/Meg. The picture on the right was taken this morning at Jackson's first T-Ball game of the season. You can see Mark and Nancy in the background keeping a critical eye on the upcoming swing by Jackson. The bottom picture was taken right after Meg got home. That's Nancy's hand Meg is hanging onto. Smart girl! And the little picture on the bottom right is the welcoming poster made by two of Jenny's friends that was hung over the fireplace last Wednesday. And let's not forget a birthday in all this good news. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our daughter-in-law Jenny.

You can still get regular updates on Meg and see more pictures at this CaringBridge web site. You'll have to enter your email address before continuing to Meg's site. The WebMaster can use your address to email you when Jenny or Mark post an update.
