While Mark and Jenny are spending a few days in Naples, Florida, Jackson and John Michael are vacationing with Grandma and Paw Paw. So last night at bedtime, Jackson and I agreed that if he could sleep in later than me on Saturday morning, I would take him shopping in the toy department of Target. This hardly seems fair since Jackson normally wakes up at 6:30 while Paw Paw has been known to sleep in somewhat later than that. But while Grandma was putting Jackson down last night, he got her assurance that he could still have breakfast no matter what time he woke up. Because it was clearly going to be closer to lunch time when he woke up! Well, you know who won. Poor kid. Didn't stand a chance. I did run him back to bed for this faux sleeping picture just so I could tell the story.
