Welcome to our inaugural Picture of the Week website. I plan to post a different picture, sometimes new and sometimes not so new, each week and write a short note about the picture. As I post new pictures, I'll store some of the old ones in an archive where you, the visitor, can catch up on ones you might have missed. If you click on the picture of the week, you will open a window with a hi-resolution version suitable, if you wish, for printing. A hi-res version will not be available with the pictures found in the archives. However, since this is the first picture, you'll not find anything in the archives just yet.

About this picture: Last night, December 9, we attended the Christmas Dance held annually by the company I work for. Since it was my first company gathering after being named a Vice President, we decided to dress up a bit. We had a good time, and I didn't drink so much wine that I was unable to put this web page together first thing this morning!

Please return each week or so. We are expecting both of our children and their families to visit over the Holidays. So, in about 3 weeks, I should have a nice family picture on this site.
